These terms apply to aiweddinginspiration.com, including our guides, shop pages and the wedding planner at /planner/ (together, the “site”). The site is run by AI Wedding Inspiration (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site is
The site offers wedding inspiration, planning guides, links to products sold on Amazon, and an online wedding planner. Many images and videos are made with AI and show ideas, not real events. Our guides are general information, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Please check important details with the right professional or local office.
2. Using the site
- You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial planning.
- Please do not use automated tools to copy or overload the site, try to get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Please do not copy our text, images or videos without permission. Product names and product photos belong to their owners.
- To buy a planner upgrade, you must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
3. Affiliate links and other websites
Some links go to Amazon and other sites we do not control. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Anything you buy on Amazon is between you and Amazon or the seller, under their terms. We do not sell, ship, return or refund those products, and we are not responsible for other sites, their products, prices or availability.
4. The wedding planner
- Free and paid access. You can start the planner for free, with access to some sections. An optional one-time payment gives lifetime access to every section and to paid features such as printing, share links, downloading your data and deleting your account from inside the planner. The price is shown at checkout before you pay.
- What lifetime means. You pay once and are not charged again for the planner. Access lasts for as long as we offer the planner and includes the updates we make to it. If we ever stop offering the planner, we will aim to give paid members notice so they can download their data.
- Accounts. You can sign in with Google or with a code we email to you, or use the planner as a guest. Guests get a return code to come back to their plan. Please keep your sign-in and return code private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Share links: please read. If you create a share link, anyone who has it can view and edit your plan and see the name and email on your account. Share links expire after 180 days, and you can turn them all off at once at any time. Share them only with people you trust.
- Your content. You own what you enter. You allow us to store and display it only to run the planner for you and the people you share it with. Please do not enter other people’s sensitive information without their permission.
- Availability. We work to keep the planner running and your plan saved, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Paid members can download a copy of their data from the planner’s settings. We may change or improve features over time.
- Deleting your account. Paid members can use “Delete My Account” inside the planner. It permanently removes your account, your plan, your share links and questions you sent through the planner, and it cannot be undone. Anyone else can email us to ask for deletion. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. The upgrade is a one-time payment, not a subscription. We do not see or store your full card number, and Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your payment.
Printable planner (digital download)
We also sell The Complete Wedding Planner, a printable PDF. When you buy it, payment is processed by Stripe and you receive a link to download the file. The PDF is licensed for your personal use: you may print it as many times as you like for your own wedding, but please do not resell, share or redistribute the file. Because it is a digital download delivered right away, sales are final, but if the download does not work or you were charged twice, email hello@aiweddinginspiration.com and we will make it right.
6. Refunds
As stated at checkout, planner purchases are final. If something has gone wrong, such as a duplicate charge, or you paid and cannot reach the full planner, please email hello@aiweddinginspiration.com and we will look into it with you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
7. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose, or that products we link to will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the site, the planner, or any product you buy through a link. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the planner.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the bottom of this page when we do. Using the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
