Who we are
AI Wedding Inspiration (“we”, “us”) is a wedding inspiration website. Our images and inspiration are made with AI. The products we link to are real Amazon listings. We also offer a wedding planner app.
You can reach us at hello@aiweddinginspiration.com. We handle all privacy questions by email and do not publish a street address.
What we collect, and what we do not
We collect very little. Here is what may be collected when you use our site:
- Usage information. Google Analytics tells us how the site is used, such as pages viewed and links clicked. We see this in summary reports.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps logs for security. These include your IP address, your browser type and the pages you requested.
- Comments. If you leave a comment, WordPress collects your name, email address, IP address and browser details.
- Messages. If you contact us by email or a form, we receive what you send.
- Planner information. If you use our wedding planner, it holds the information you enter to plan your wedding.
What we do not do:
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not see or store your full card number.
- We do not run a newsletter at this time.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Some come from us. Some come from other companies whose tools we use.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 on every page (measurement ID G-ZFB7KBY3NL). It is loaded through Google’s gtag.js script.
It records things like page views, how far you scroll and when you click a link that leaves our site. It uses cookies such as _ga to do this.
We see this information as summary reports. We use them to understand which pages help people most.

Google AdSense and advertising cookies
Our site uses Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-5249865021599259) and may display Google ads.

Amazon Associates
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
Our product links go to amazon.com and carry our Associates tag (aiweddinginsp-20). This does not change the price you pay. We do not show prices on our site, so please check the current price on Amazon.
When you click an Amazon link, you leave our site and go to Amazon. Amazon may set cookies so it can credit us for a purchase. Once you are on Amazon, Amazon’s own privacy notice applies.
Pinterest and YouTube embeds, and the Pinterest Tag
Embedded content. Some pages may include YouTube videos or Pinterest pins and boards. Embedded content works as if you had visited YouTube or Pinterest directly. Those sites may set cookies and may collect information about you.

Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). To deliver the fonts, your browser shares your IP address with Google.
The wedding planner and Stripe
Our wedding planner at /planner/ is free to start. You can choose an optional one-time lifetime upgrade.
The planner holds the information you enter to plan your wedding, such as guests, budget and tasks.
- Where it is stored. Your plan is saved in our database on our web host, so you can open it from any device. This is true in guest mode too.
- Signing in. We store your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also store your name and profile picture from your Google account. If you sign in with an emailed code, we store your email address when you ask for the code.
- Cookies and your browser. A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Your browser also keeps a few planner preferences, and temporary copies of changes that have not saved yet, in its local storage. You can clear these in your browser settings.
- Share links. If you create a share link, anyone who has that link can view and edit your plan and see the name and email on your account. Share it only with people you trust. You can turn off all your share links at any time.
- Payment records. When you upgrade, we keep a reference to your Stripe checkout so we can confirm your purchase.
- Deleting your planner data. Lifetime members can delete their account from inside the planner with “Delete My Account”. This removes your account, your plan, any feedback sent from the planner and any share links. Anyone else can email hello@aiweddinginspiration.com to ask us to delete their planner account and data. Deleting does not remove records Stripe keeps about a payment, or information already collected by Google Analytics.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to your payment: https://stripe.com/privacy
Questions you send us from the planner
The planner has an “Ask Chris” form. If you use it, we store your question and the reply email address you give us in our server database, alongside your plan, and we email them to hello@aiweddinginspiration.com so we can answer you. We use them only to reply to your question. They are removed when you use Delete My Account, or you can email us to ask us to delete them.
How long we keep information
- Google Analytics data. Google keeps event-level data (such as individual page views and clicks) and user-level data for 14 months. Google then deletes it automatically. The 14-month period starts again if you visit again.
- Comments and the details that come with them may be kept for as long as the comment stays on the site.
- Emails and form messages are kept as long as we need them to reply and help you.
- Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for security, under its own retention rules.
- Cookies set by other companies last as long as those companies decide. You can clear them in your browser at any time.
Your choices
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Look for “Privacy” or “Cookies” in your browser’s settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you block all cookies.

Your rights
You can email us at hello@aiweddinginspiration.com to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you, and
- ask us to delete it.
We will do our best to help, and we may need to confirm who you are first.
Residents of some places, such as California or the EU and UK, may have additional rights under their local laws.
Children
This site is for adults planning weddings. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
