We aim to reply within two business days. That is our goal rather than a promise, and around holidays it may take a little longer.
What we can help with
- Corrections. A mistake in a guide, a product that no longer matches what we wrote, or a broken link. Please include the web address of the page.
- Questions about a product we feature. Which option might suit your plans, or what we noticed on the listing. We can only share what is on the listing and in our guide.
- The wedding planner. Signing in, your upgrade, a billing problem such as a duplicate charge or paying and still being locked out, sharing your plan, or deleting your planner account.
- Privacy requests. To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to have it deleted. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.
- Partnerships and press. Tell us what you have in mind. Please know that we are not paid by brands to feature products, and our new picks have to meet the standard on our How We Choose Products page.
What we cannot help with
- Amazon orders. We do not sell products ourselves, and we cannot see, change, track or cancel Amazon orders. For shipping, returns, refunds or damaged items, please contact Amazon or the seller through Your Orders on Amazon.
- Current prices and stock. These change on Amazon, so please check the listing.
- Professional advice. Our guides are general information. For marriage licenses, name changes, contracts, or medical and allergy questions, please check with the right professional or your local office.
- Wedding services. We are not a venue, planner or vendor, and we cannot book or coordinate services for your wedding.
We do not publish a street address or phone number. Email reaches us directly.
