AI Wedding Inspiration is an openly AI-assisted website. This policy explains how we use AI, how we check facts, and how we handle mistakes.
How we use AI
- Images and video. Our scenes, brides, grooms, styled gowns and settings are made with AI tools, and so is Aria, the host of our videos. They show a look or an idea. They are not photos of real weddings, real couples or real customers.
- Labels. In our product guides, images that show a product styled in a scene are captioned “AI-styled example”. We are adding the label to older posts as we revise them.
- Writing. AI tools help us research, outline and draft. A draft is a starting point, not a finished page.
- Decisions stay with people. A person decides which products to feature, which cautions to include, and when a page is ready to publish.
Human review
AI tools help us check facts. Every guide goes through our editorial review before it is published: each claim is checked against the product listing or a reliable source, and anything we cannot verify is removed. The review checks product claims against the current listing, planning advice against reliable sources, that the page is clear and kind to read, and that our affiliate disclosure appears before the first Amazon link.
How we check facts
- Product facts come from the current Amazon listing: sizes, set counts, materials, colors and care. If the listing does not say it, we do not claim it.
- We say when a claim comes from the seller. We write “the seller says” or similar, so you know it is not our own finding.
- Planning advice is general guidance checked against reliable sources, such as official government pages and the makers’ own instructions. Rules such as marriage license requirements vary by place, so we point you to your local office.
- No made-up numbers. We do not invent statistics, survey results or prices.
What we never publish
- Fake testimonials or reviews.
- Invented quotes from brides, planners or experts, or lines like “brides tell us” that we cannot back up.
- Copied Amazon reviews, or prices and star ratings in our guides.
- AI images presented as real weddings or real customers.
Some pages and posts we published before October 2026 fall short of this. For example, a few use phrases like “brides tell us” with nothing behind them, or figures without a source. We are rewriting those posts to this standard, and we would be grateful if you point out any we have missed.
Corrections
If something is wrong, we want to fix it. Email hello@aiweddinginspiration.com with the page address and what you noticed. We check it, and if it is a mistake we correct the page. If a correction changes a recommendation or a caution in a meaningful way, we add a short dated note at the end of the page saying what changed.
Money and independence
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases, and we may show ads from Google AdSense. We are not paid by brands to feature products. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how our links work, and How We Choose Products explains the bar every product has to meet.
